The product as i understood not the original, but the copy and quality twisted the power on and volume adjustment of the unyielding quality, first normally spinning, and from the middle of the adjustment tight as well very tight spinning, upset very, and so will come for $40, Well, the screw fastener clasp is torn by the thread or the cutting is cut torn off from the first seconds of twisting, two pieces is a lot for one walkie-talkie

So far a good radio. I used the software Chirp (chirp.danplanet.com) to program it using the included cable on a Windows 10 computer, which worked fine. Was able to quickly program common marine frequencies and listen to my local shipping/port traffic. The controls are pretty easy to use once you learn it. Well packed and quickly shipped, nice transaction.
